It's Wednesday again, and I'm feeling much better!!! Thank you to all who prayed for me. Two of my kids also got sick within hours of each other, but are better now, too.
Last Saturday, my two young kiddos found him against the fence that border our apartment unit against an alley way. We didn't know if their presence stunned him or he was too comfortable to move...
Thanks, Susan for hosting another great week! Make sure to visit her and many more who participated today!
TABLESCAPING IDEA: ("Brain" surprises me sometimes...) You don't have to create an African Safari theme on your table, instead do a neighborhood safari theme! Take pictures of your local animals and go to the library to figure and borrow books about your local fauna. Use the same books to prop your centerpiece and create a transfer on table runner with the pictures of the animals you caught! For flowers, use what's in your garden or what's common in your area. An inexpensive runner and centerpiece but with a great impact!
Happy Outdoor Wednesday Chandy! Gladtofeel you are feeling better, my friend! That poor bunny looks scared!!!! Thanks for sharing your photo.~ Susan
ReplyDeleteoh, what a cute rabbit.
ReplyDeleteChandy, I wonder if is a tame rabbit that got out of a cage? Thanks for all the tips on tablescapes, I must come back and stay longer.

p.s. loved your comment on my blog about the having to take good photos when they are so big, LOL !
What a cute bunny. I think he looks relaxed.
ReplyDeleteOr he's thinking this: "Maybe if I won't move and just stand still, they'll think I'm not real at all" LoL
ReplyDeleteThe kids must be really excited to see him :-) Cutie.
Happy Outdoor Wednesday Chandy. I may be late but still glad to know you're feeling better :-)

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been well, Chandy!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Outdoor Wednesday!

Chandy,
ReplyDeleteI too am glad you are feeling better. Three families in our daughters ward have the swine flu... The sweet bunny does look scared!
The woods were in Virginia. So glorious! Just about a block from our sons home. The path leads to a beauitful lake.
BTW... All looks quiet and well across the street! :)
Chandy,
ReplyDeleteI am glad you and your family are feeling better. I am sure finding this sweet little bunny was quiet a nice surprise. I would have been tempted to leave some lettuce for him.
Cathy
What a fun thing to discover. Maybe he thinks they won't see me if I'm real still.
ReplyDeleteSend some breezes down here, the humidity is what's so bad.
Candy
Chandy, I love your latest idea for a tablescape..I could even see putting the books under a cloche in the center of the table..I'll be using this one! Thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDelete( We have little baby bunnies running around all over here too, they are just so precious!)
BTW....on your blog you have freecyle pickups listed..did you find the milk glass cake plate on freecycle?
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear that your family has not been well. The photo of the rabbit is a delight. I think the rabbit is "playing dead" but I'm not a rabbit expert. Perhaps he's just frightened and doesn't quite know what to do. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteSometimes at night I see a rabbit in my front yard. I'm hoping my cat Clyde doesn't see him...
ReplyDeleteBrenda
Awww, what a cute bunny and he is probably frightened to death. I always love your tablescape ideas.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the good ideas.
Hugs...Jeanne
